Happy 2009!

We had a wonderful Christmas and vacation, hope yours was full of excitement and a little relaxation too! We spent the week of Christmas in Avila, it was a little weird to not be home for Christmas, but wonderful to be right on the beach for a week.

Making cookies for Santa is a tradition that the kids love. This year it was at Grandma's house and there were some delicious creations!

There was a lot of great wine and food on this trip! We had dinner on Christmas Eve at the Madonna Inn. It is always decorated with millions of lights and is so Christmasy!

Of course, there were lots of gifts! Everyone must have been very good this year, cuz Santa was very good to all of us!

We have enjoyed our 2 week vacation tremendously, but now I guess that it is time to get back to reality!
